Specialist in baking, cake decoration, bread making, pastry work and patisserie. My baking skills were encouraged when I worked for Ranks Hovis McDougall as Senior Home Economist on their flour brands. My passion for cake decorating and baking has lead to the publication of six books on baking, bread making and cake decorating.

I am a hands on baker and enjoy the practicalities of baking for photography as well as creating celebration cakes of all shapes and sizes for many clients for special occasions.

I also specialise in growing, cooking and the preservation of seasonal fruit and vegetables.
