I have written six books on baking and cake decorating including Glorious Cakes (Charles Letts), a comprehensive collection of traditional and unusual cakes, Fun Cakes (Charles Letts), a collection of decorated celebration cakes and Children’s Party Cakes (Salamander) a step-by- step guide to cakes for children of all ages.

I have been a major contributor to Reader’s Digest and to the Collins series of reference cookery books and have written and tested five cookery part-works with International Masters Publications.
